After 13 years in the hospitality industry with every year continuing to grow in turn over but not by the same percentage in profitability. Every year having our accountants meeting we heard the same old thing ….

Sales have increased, food cost has increased, advertising has increased and wages have increased…..meaning profitability has only gone up a little.

Andrea Krsinic

Andrea Krsinic started her first 5yrs gaining her NZCE certificate in electrical engineering. Then moved on to owning her first business at 21 in the hospitality industry, after 5yrs bought another Café with her husband and run that successfully for 8 ½ years. Worked as a catering lecturer  at the Cromwell Polytechnic both in a part time and full time capacity. Her role involved lecturing, educating and training students along with the development of new courses.
