This is a short note to let you know the huge impact that your systems & advice has madeover the last 3 months.

 For a start  you got us to review our overheads and look for ways to make savings. The savings we have found has just paid for our $10,000 Yellow pages ad.

 Next we implemented a system for monitoring staff productivity and found we had 2 staff who were taking twice as long as the other guys and costing us with the work we had to re-do.

However steps have been taken to eliminate this along with the resignation of 1 more staff member we are now doing just as much work with less staff, no mistakes and therefore saving us around $10,000 per month.

 The 2 marketing campaigns we did in the local newspaper before Christmas cost us $700 for a return of $30,000 not to mention the ongoing sales we will get by now utilising the database.

I have a vision of being able to step in and out of my business at leisure because I have systems and procedures in place along with a good team to run the systems.

 

I have been in business for 11 years and thought I had it all together until Andrea started asking me questions I couldn’t answer, It all started with the Business Analysis, which identified all the holes in my business.

Over the last 12 months we’ve “Come Out of the Dark Ages to a Level of Efficiency”

Before taking on coaching I knew I needed to up skill my business knowledge but didn’t have the time or know where to start. We were using systems that were all I knew from working for someone else which were crazy compared to what we have now.

After 6 years in our business we found that we could do with some new ideas in growing our business to take us to the next level. After meeting Andrea and Kevin from TMS we know we have succeeded in taking the right step. They have shown us the need to put a strategic plan in place and how to follow it to create achievable goals in growing our business. After meeting Kevin & Andrea from Time Management Solutions we uncovered some hurdles in our business which was inhibiting our growth.

Kevin & Andrea  wrote a yellow pages ad for us in which 90% of our window cleans haves resulted from that ad.

With the increase in work we realised we never fully had the infrastructure in place to handle the extra work load, so worked harder and harder in the business not spending a lot of time on the business therefore having even less time for ourselves, more and more stress and a cash flow problem.

Andrea helped us implement some simple systems, one systems result is getting the maximum out of our clients, therefore increasing our turnover and ultimately building customer rapport and now freeing up space for extra work which we can now handle with ease.

Because of the increase in free time, we have had time to analysis our actual operating costs and by some simple changes have now reduced our overheads ultimately increasing our profit.

By clearing out the clutter, increasing our spare time and dramatically reducing stress, we have had the motivation and time to reassess each contract job to actually work out real costs to find we were losing money on a lot of jobs. That has now been rectified by a simple technique again increasing our profits and giving us a business to eventually sell in the future if the opportunity arises.
